Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve Sermaye Piyasası kanunu çerçevesinde  Yönetim Kurulu tarafından belirlenen RAM Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.'nin 2025 yılı hesap dönemindeki finansal raporların denetlenmesi üzere görevlendirilmesi 28.04.2025 tarihli Genel Kurulda kabul edilmiştir.

28.04.2025 tarihinde yapılan Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı Ankara Ticaret Sicili Müdürlüğü tarafından 08.05.2025 tarihinde tescil edilerek, 08.05.2025 tarih ve 11327 sayılı TTSG ilan edilmiştir.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

The assignment of RAM Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. determined by the Board of Directors within the framework of the Turkish Commercial Code and the Capital Markets Law, to audit the financial reports for the 2025 accounting period was accepted at the General Assembly dated 28.04.2025.

The Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on 28.04.2025, where the dividend distribution of our Company was also discussed, was registered by the Ankara Trade Registry Directorate on 08.05.2025 and announced in the (Turkish Trade Registry Gazette) TTSG dated 08.05.2025 and numbered 11327.
