Halka arz izahnamemizde de belirttiğimiz Enerji Depolama yatırımımıza ilişkin, şirketimiz ile Çin'in önde gelen enerji depolama firmalarından ve BNEF listesinde Tier-1 olarak listelenen CALB Group Co., Ltd. ("CALB") arasında, enerji arz güvenliğini desteklemek ve enerji altyapısının güçlendirilmesi amacıyla, şebeke ve endüstriyel ölçekte kullanılacak batarya enerji depolama sistemlerinin üretimi, teknolojisinin geliştirilmesi ve satışına yönelik sektöre öncülük edecek stratejik iş birliğini kapsayan 5 yıllık bir anlaşma imzalanmıştır.

Anlaşma kapsamında, Türkiye'de batarya teknolojileri ve sistemlerinin üretimi planlanmakta olup, CALB; batarya, konteyner entegrasyonu ve pil hücreleri tedarik süreçlerine yönelik teknoloji sağlayacak ve şirketimizin üretim altyapısı uygunluk sürecini yürütecektir.

İmzalanan bu anlaşma, küresel büyüme stratejilerimizle uyumlu olarak, şirketimizin üretim kapasitesinin artmasına ve uluslararası pazarlardaki satış ile pazarlama faaliyetlerinin güçlendirilmesine önemli katkı sağlayacaktır.

CALB, Bloomberg New Energy Finance (BNEF) tarafından açıklanan Tier-1 üretici ve Shangai Metal Market (SMM) tarafından açıklanan Tier-1 Enerji Depolama Tedarikçi Listesi'nde yer almaktadır. (2024 4.çeyrek itibarıyla)

Regarding our Energy Storage investment, which we also mentioned in our public offering prospectus, our company and one of the leading energy storage companies in China and ranked as Tier-1 in the BNEF list listed CALB Group Co., Ltd. (‘CALB') to be used on grid and industrial scale to support energy supply security and strengthen energy infrastructure A 5-year agreement covering strategic cooperation that will lead the industry in the production, technology development and sales of battery energy storage systems signed.

Within the scope of the agreement, the production of battery technologies and systems is planned in Turkey. CALB will provide technology for battery, container integration and battery cell procurement processes and will carry out the production infrastructure compliance process of our company.

In line with our global growth strategies, this agreement will make a significant contribution to increasing our company's production capacity and strengthening our sales and marketing activities in international markets.

CALB is listed as a Tier-1 producer by Bloomberg New Energy Finance (BNEF) and a Tier-1 Energy Storage Supplier by Shanghai Metal Market (SMM) (as of Q4 2024).
