The amendment of Article 7 of our Company's Articles of Association titled "Registered Capital" as attached; is approved by shareholders at the General Assembly dated 30.04.2025, registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Directorate on 09.05.2025 and published on the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette numbered 11328 and dated 09.05.2025.

Our current Articles of Association containing the last amendment is attached.

This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.

Şirketimiz Ana Sözleşmesi'nin "Kayıtlı Sermaye" başlıklı 7'nci maddesinin ekteki şekilde tadil edilmesi hususu, 30.04.2025 tarihli Genel Kurul'da pay sahipleri tarafından onaylanmış, 09.05.2025 tarihinde İstanbul Ticaret Sicili Müdürlüğü tarafından tescil edilmiş ve 09.05.2025 tarih, 11328 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesi'nde yayımlanmıştır.

Son değişikliği içeren yürürlükteki esas sözleşmemiz ekte yer almaktadır.
