Şirketimiz tarafından Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" (II-14.1) uyarınca hazırlanan 01.01.2024-31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ait Bağımsız denetimden geçmiş finansal tablolarımıza göre -59.897.153 TL Zarar, aynı döneme ilişkin Vergi Usül Kanuna göre düzenlenmiş finansal tablolarımızda ise 682.642,00 TL net dönem kârı elde edilmiştir. Şirketimizin 11.04.2025 tarihli 2025-10 sayılı Yönetim Kurulu kararına göre, söz konusu geçmiş yıl karlarından yapılacak kar dağıtımı Genel Kurulda onaylanmıştır.
