27.02.2025 tarihli açıklamamıza istinaden, planlanan borçlanma aracı (Yeşil Tahvil) ihracı ile ilgili olarak 13.03.2025 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na başvurulmuştur. Başvurumuzun onaylandığı 30.04.2025 tarih ve 2025/28 sayılı Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu Bülteni ile duyurulmuştur. Onaylı ihraç belgesi ekte yer almaktadır.

Pursuant to our disclosure dated 27.02.2025, an application was made to the Capital Markets Board on 13.03.2025 regarding the planned debt instrument (Green Bond) issuance. The approval of our application was announced with the Capital Markets Board Bulletin dated 30.04.2025 and numbered 2025/28. The approved issue document is attached.
