Şirketimizin 07.05.2025 tarihinde yapılan 2024 mali yılına ait Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda; Yönetim Kurulu'nun 08.04.2025 tarihli toplantısında yapmış olduğu kar dağıtımı önerisinin ortaklar tarafından oylanarak kabul edildiğini, nakit temettü ödemesinin 31.12.2025 tarihine kadar yapılmasına karar verildiğini duyurmuştuk. Pay sahiplerimize Kar Payı dağıtımı 14.05.2025 tarihinden itibaren başlayacaktır.

Dividend Rate Table Explanations

Şirketimiz 01.01.2024 - 31.12.2024 hesap dönemini, Vergi Usul Kanunu'na (V.U.K.) göre düzenlenen mali tablolarda 76.308.895,36 TL Net Dönem Karı, Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu (S.P.K.) Seri: II-14.1 Tebliği Türkiye Muhasebe Satndartları ve Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları (TMS/TFRS)'na göre hazırlanan finansal tablolarında -117.239.030 TL Net Dönem Zararı ile kapatmıştır.

Buna göre; dağıtılabilir Dönem Karı ve Özkaynaklarda yer alan ortaklara dağıtılabilecek Diğer Fonlar üzerinde yapılacak tasarruflarla ilgili görüşmeler sonucunda;

1- Ortaklarımıza, kar dağıtım politikamıza uygun olarak, TFRS'ye uygun finansal tablolara göre Geçmiş Yıllar Karları hesabından, yasal kayıtlara göre ise 2024 yılı net dönem karından karşılanmak üzere brüt 59.893.048 TL nakit kar dağıtımı yapılmasına,

2- Dağıtılabilir dönem karından yasal karşılıklar ve birinci temettü ödemesi sonrasında yasal kayıtlarda kalacak tutarın olağanüstü yedek akçe olarak ayrılmasına,

3- Belirtilen duruma göre hazırlanmış ekteki kar dağıtım tablosunun 2024 yılı hesap dönemi sonuçlarının görüşüleceği olağan genel kurul toplantısında, ortakların görüşüne sunulmasına,

4- Kar payı dağıtımının 31.12.2025 tarihine kadar yapılmasına, ödeme tarihinin belirlenmesi hususunda yönetim kurulunun yetkilendirilmesine karar verilmiştir.
