An application has been made to the Capital Markets Board in order to obtain the necessary permissions for the amendment of Article 6 titled "CAPITAL" of the Articles of Association of our company as stated in the attached amendment text in order to increase the registered capital ceiling of our company to TL 9,000,000,000,000 (Nine Billion Turkish Liras) and to extend the validity period of the registered capital ceiling until the end of 2029, covering the years 2025-2029 (5 years).
