Şirketimizin 01.01.2024 -31.12.2024 dönemine ait, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (SPK) 'nun II-14.1 sayılı tebliğ kapsamında Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları/Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları (TMS/TFRS) hükümlerine ve SPK tarafından belirlenen uyulması zorunlu formata uygun olarak hazırlanan bağımsız denetim firması HSY Danışmanlık ve Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş tarafından denetlenen finansal tablolarımıza göre 6.378.467 TL net dönem zararı edilmiş Vergi Usul Kanunu (VUK) kayıtlarına göre ise, 42 .537.119,37 TL cari yıl karı elde edilmiştir. 01.01.2024 -31.12.2024 dönemin deki 6.378.467 TL Net Dönem zararından ötürü Kar Payı dağıtımı yapılmamasına ve bu hususun Şirketimiz Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında pay sahiplerimizin bilgisi ve onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.

Söz konusu karar Genel Kurul'da Yönetim Kurulunun önerdiği şekilde Kar Payı dağıtımı yapılmaması onaylanmıştır.
