Our application for the amendment of the articles of association regarding the increase of our company's registered capital ceiling to TRY 9,000,000,000 (Nine Billion Turkish Lira) and the extension of the validity period of the registered capital ceiling until the end of 2029, covering the years 2025–2029 (5 years), has been approved by the Capital Markets Board. Following this approval, an application has been submitted to the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Trade to obtain a favorable opinion regarding the said amendment to the articles of association.
