Migros Board of Directors had taken a decision to determine the issuance limit of debt instruments to be utilized if needed. In the Company's public disclosure dated 28.03.2025, it was stated that our Company made an application to the Capital Markets Board for the approval of the issuance limit of TL 3,000,000,000. As stated in the CMB Bulletin dated May 15, 2025, the CMB has approved our Company's application and granted an issuance limit of TL 3,000,000,000 for the debt instruments. (In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.)
