The General Assembly resolution dated May 15, 2025 on the selection of Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve SMMM A.Ş. (Ernst & Young) for the auditing of the accounts of our Company for the accounting period of 2025 has been registered by İstanbul Trade Registry Office on May 20, 2025 and published on the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette on May 20, 2025.
