Şirketimizin %65 oranında payına sahip olduğu iştirakimiz Altera Medikal Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.'nin 31.000.000 TL olan mevcut sermayesinin, 44.000.000 TL artırılmak suretiyle 75.000.000 TL'ye çıkarılmasına ilişkin 16.05.2025 tarihli genel kurul kararı, Tire Ticaret Sicili Müdürlüğü tarafından tescil edilmiştir ve 20.05.2025 tarih ve 11334 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi ile ilan edilmiştir. Nakit olarak artırılan tutarın Şirketimizin payına düşen 39.850.000 TL'nin 1/4'ü tescilden önce ödenmiş olup, geriye kalan 3/4'ü ise en geç tescilden itibaren 24 ay içerisinde ödenecektir.

The General Assembly decision dated 16.05.2025 regarding the increase of the existing capital of our subsidiary Altera Medikal Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., in which our Company holds 65% of the shares, from TL 31,000,000 to TL 75,000,000 with an increase of TL 44,000,000 has been registered by the Tire Trade Registry Directorate and announced in the Turkey Trade Registry Gazette dated 20.05.2025 and numbered 11334. 1/4 of TL 39,850,000, which is our Company's share of the amount increased in cash, has been paid before the registration and the remaining 3/4 will be paid within 24 months following the registration at the latest.
