TSRS'ye göre Zorunlu Güvence Denetimi kapsamında hazırlanacak 2024 yılı ve 2025 yılı sürdürülebilirlik raporlarının denetlenmesi için, Şirket Denetim Komitesi'nin olumlu görüşü doğrultusunda BDO Denet Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.'nin seçilmesine ilişkin 06.05.2025 tarihli Genel Kurul Kararı 21.05.2025 tarihinde tescil edilmiş ve Türkiye Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi'nde yayınlanmıştır.

The General Assembly resolution dated 06.05.2025 on the selection of BDO Denet Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. for the for the audit of the Company's sustainability reports for years 2024 and 2025 in accordance with the Compulsory Assurance Audit as per TSRS and as well as the positive view of Audit Committee, has been registered on 21.05.2025 and published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette.
