Türk Ticaret Kanunu, Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu, ilgili mevzuat ve Şirket Denetim Komitesi'nin olumlu görüşü doğrultusunda 2025 yılı hesap döneminde finansal raporların bağımsız denetimini gerçekleştirmek üzere BDO Denet Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.'nin seçilmesine ilişkin 06.05.2025 tarihli Genel Kurul Kararı 21.05.2025 tarihinde tescil edilmiş ve Türkiye Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi'nde yayınlanmıştır.
