\-Unofficial Translation- According to the Board of Directors Decision of our Company dated 22.05.2025 and numbered 2025/05-005, it has been unanimously decided to apply to the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye for the issuance of debt securities up to TL 3,000,000,000 (Three Billion Turkish Liras) to be issued to Qualified Investors without a public offering in the country. Necessary disclosures will made for the developments when they occured.
