Additional Explanations

Yönetim kurulumuz şirket merkezinde toplanarak;

Şirketimizin bağımsız denetimden geçmiş 2024 yılı Dönemi Konsolide Kar veya Zarar ve Diğer Kapsamlı Gelir Tablosu'na (Konsolide Gelir Tablosu) göre 2024 yılında 394.847.275,- TL, Vergi Usul Kanunu (VUK) uyarınca düzenlenen gelir tablosunda ise 362.952.997,32 TL dönem karı elde edildiği dikkate alınarak;

a) Bağımsız denetimden geçmiş 2024 yılı Konsolide Gelir Tablosunda yer alan dönem karından, çıkarılmış sermayemizin %5'i oranında 6.480.000,- TL brüt kar payı dağıtılmasına,

b) Kalan karın olağanüstü yedek akçe olarak ayrılmasına,

c) Buna karara uygun olarak hazırlanan ve ekte yer alan 2024 yılı kar dağıtım tablosunun kabulüne

ve yönetim kurulumuzun iş bu kararının 2024 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında ortaklarımızın onayına sunulmasına toplantıya katılanların oybirliğiyle karar vermiştir.
