2024 Yılı Olağan Genel Kurulu Toplantı Tutanağı Madde 8:

Şirket'in kar dağıtım politikası çerçevesinde, Yönetim Kurulu'nun kar dağıtım önerisinin görüşülerek karara bağlanması hususu müzakere edilerek oylamaya geçildi. Toplantı başkanı "Yönetim Kurulumuzun şirketimiz tarafından Tebliğ II-14.1 sayılı tebliğ hükümleri çerçevesinde Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartlarına uyumlu olarak hazırlanan ve Mitra Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. tarafından denetlenen 01.01.2024-31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ait bağımsız denetim raporuna göre oluşan 1.330.985.635 TL, Vergi Usul Kanunu hükümlerince hazırlanan gelir tablosuna göre 2.027.330.620,16 TL dağıtılabilir net dönem karının önümüzdeki dönem yatırım harcamalarında kullanılması ve şirketin mali yapısının güçlü tutulması amacıyla Yasal Yedekler ayrıldıktan sonra kalan tutarın kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına oybirliği ile karar verildi.
