Şirketimizin 01.01.2024 – 31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ait finansal tabloları dikkate alınarak yapılan inceleme sonucunda:

Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği (II-14.1) çerçevesinde hazırlanan, bağımsız denetimden geçmiş 2024 yılı finansal tablolarımıza göre 50.816.456 TL dönem zararı,

Yasal kayıtlarına göre ise 36.076.642,36 TL 2024 yılı zararı ve 17.726.296,00 TL geçmiş yıl zararı olmak üzere toplam 53.802.938,36 TL zarar bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Bu nedenle, 2024 yılına ilişkin olarak kâr dağıtımı yapılmamasına ve bu durumun, yapılacak ilk genel kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
