Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun kararıyla 6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve 6362 sayılı Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu uyarınca belirlenen esaslara uygun olarak, Şirketimizin 2025 yılı hesap dönemi finansal raporların denetlenmesi ile bu kanunlardaki ilgili düzenlemeler kapsamında diğer faaliyetleri yürütülmesi ile 2024 ve 2025 yılları hesap dönemi sürdürülebilirlik raporlarının güvence denetimini gerçekleştirmek üzere; Denetim Komitesi'nin önerileriyle, Eren Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş.'nin (Grant Thornton) bağımsız denetim kuruluşu olarak seçilmesi 22.05.2025 tarihinde gerçekleştirilen Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında, pay sahiplerinin onayına sunularak oy birliğiyle kabul edilmiş ve 27.05.2025 tarihinde Bandırma Ticaret Sicili Müdürlüğü tarafından tescil edilmiştir.

With the decision of our Company's Board of Directors, the selection of Eren Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. (Grant Thornton) as the independent audit firm, in accordance with the principles set out in the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and Capital Markets Law No. 6362, to audit the financial reports of our Company for the fiscal year 2025 and to carry out other activities within the scope of the relevant regulations in these laws a nd to carry out the assurance audit of the sustainability reports for the fiscal years 2024 and 2025, with the recommendations of the Audit Committee, was submitted to the approval of the shareholders and unanimously approved at the Ordinary General Assembly meeting held on 22.05.2025 and registered by the Bandırma Trade Registry Office on 27.05.2025.
