As per our Company's Board of Directors' resolution dated April 29, 2025, due to the net period loss of 878.443.554,00 TL resulting from the activities of 2024 in accordance with the Capital Markets Board ("CMB") regulations, it is recommended to the General Assembly not to distribute dividends to the shareholders in accordance with the CMB's regulations regarding profit distribution.
