Additional Explanations

In the meeting of our Company's Board of Directors dated 27/05/2025;

In line with the decision taken at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our Company held on 10.05.2025 to distribute the dividends of our Company's issued capital in the amount of 181,500,903 TL to the shareholders as bonus shares;

1\. The issued capital of our Company shall be increased by 181,500,903 TL from 218,499,097.00 TL to 400,000,000 TL within the registered capital ceiling of 2,000,000,000 TL,

2\. The increased 181,500,903 TL shall be covered from the 2024 period profit in the financial statements and legal records prepared within the framework of the CMB legislation,

3\. The bonus shares to be issued due to the capital increase shall be distributed to the shareholders in proportion to their current shares in the Company's capital and in accordance with the regulations of the Capital Markets Legislation regarding the registered system,

4\. Within the scope of this decision, it has been decided to make the necessary applications to the Central Registry Agency Inc. and other institutions, primarily the Capital Markets Board, and to prepare all necessary documents for this purpose.

*In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail.*
