18.12.2023 tarihli özel durum açıklamamıza ilişkin olarak, bağlı ortaklıklarımızdan Kalekim Lyksor Kimya San. AŞ.'nin de aralarında olduğu yapı kimyasalları sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bazı şirketler nezdinde, 4054 sayılı Rekabetin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ("Kanun")'un 4. maddesini ihlal edip etmediklerinin tespitine yönelik olarak açılan soruşturma kapsamında, Rekabet Kurulu'nun 22.05.2025 tarihli toplantısında; Kalekim Lyksor Kimya San. AŞ. tarafından ilgili Kanun'un ihlal edildiğine yönelik bir bulguya ulaşılamadığından, ilgili teşebbüs hakkında idari para cezası uygulanmasına yer olmadığına karar verildiği Şirket'e tebliğ olunmuştur.

In relation to our material event disclosure dated December 18, 2023, within the scope of the investigation initiated to determine whether certain companies operating in the construction chemicals sector, including our subsidiary Kalekim Lyksor Kimya San. AŞ, had infringed Article 4 of the Law No. 4054 on the Protection of Competition (the "Law"), it has been notified to our Company that, at its meeting dated May 22, 2025, the Competition Board resolved that, since no finding was reached indicating that Kalekim Lyksor Kimya San. AŞ had infringed the relevant Law, there was no ground to impose an administrative fine on the Company.
