2024 yılı faaliyetleri sonucu Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı gereği hazırlanan TMS/TFRS tablolarına göre hesaplanan 5.595.369 TL karından (Vergi Usul Kanunu (VUK) hükümleri uyarınca 63.748.306,62 TL zarar hesaplanmıştır), VUK'a göre zarar hesaplanmış olduğundan mevzuat gereği herhangi bir kâr dağıtımı yapılmamasına, bu nedenle de Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatına göre hesaplanan kârın geçmiş yıl karları hesabında (VUK hükümleri uyarınca hesaplanan zararın ise geçmiş yıl zararları hesabında) takip edilmesine ilişkin Yönetim Kurulunun 29.04.2025 tarih ve 2025/04 sayılı kararı ile hazırladığı teklifi okundu, müzakere edildi.

Yapılan oylamada 133.489 TL sermayeye tekabül eden olumsuz oya karşılık 16.267.561 TL olumlu oy ile oy çokluğu ile kabul edildi.
