Yönetim Kurulu'nun kâr dağıtımı ile ilgili önerisi çerçevesinde "Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (" SPK ")'nın Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği (II-14.1 sayılı Tebliğ) hükümleri dahilinde, Kamu Gözetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu tarafından yayınlanan Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları ve Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları'na uygun olarak hazırlanan, sunum esasları SPK'nın konuya ilişkin kararları uyarınca belirlenen, bağımsız denetimden geçmiş, 01.01.2024 – 31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ait konsolide finansal tablolara göre 212.509.364,00 Türk Lirası tutarında "Net Dönem Karı" oluştuğu tespit edilmiştir. Buna göre, Yönetim Kurulu'nun önerisi doğrultusunda 2024 faaliyet yılına ilişkin net dağıtılabilir dönem kârının, yurt dışı kurlar ve piyasadaki dalgalanmalar nedeniyle dağıtılmaması, Şirket bünyesinde bırakılması, kanun ve ana sözleşme gereği ayrılması gereken yasal kesintiler, vergi ve fonlar ayrıldıktan sonra bakiye karın Olağanüstü Yedekler hesabında muhafaza edilmesine katılanların, %99.99999500 kabul ve %0.00000500 ret oyuna karşılık oyçokluğu ile karar verildi.
