30.05.2025 tarihininde yapılan Yönetim Kurulunun toplantısında; H. İBRAHİM BODUR HOLDİNG A.Ş. (temsilci Dr.(h.c.) HATİCE ZEYNEP BODUR OKYAY'ın Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı/Murahhas Üye, CENGİZ SOLAKOĞLU ve KADRİ TARIK ÖZÇELİK'in Yönetim Kurulu Başkan Yardımcısı olarak seçilmelerine karar verilmiştir.

At the Board of Directors meeting held on 30.05.2025; It was decided to elect H. İBRAHİM BODUR HOLDİNG A.Ş. (representative Dr.(h.c.) HATİCE ZEYNEP BODUR OKYAY as the Chairman/Executive Member of the Board of Directors and CENGİZ SOLAKOĞLU and KADRİ TARIK ÖZÇELİK  as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
