Additional Explanations

Although the consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with the Capital Markets Board regulations for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2024 indicate a net profit, it was brought to the attention of shareholders at today's (30 May 2025) General Assembly meeting that no dividend can be distributed due to a net loss in the statutory financial statements, which are prepared in accordance with the Uniform Chart of Accounts published by the Turkish Ministry of Finance and applicable tax legislation.

The English translation of this disclosure is attached hereto and in case of any discrepancy in the text of the disclosure, the Turkish disclosure shall prevail.
