01.01.2024 - 31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ait finansal tabloları incelendiğinde;

Şirketimiz tarafından Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (SPK)'nun II-14.1 Tebliği hükümleri çerçevesinde Kamu Gözetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu tarafından yayınlanan Türkiye Muhasebe ve Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartlarına uygun olarak hazırlanan ve PKF Aday Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. tarafından denetime tabi tutulan 01.01.2024 - 31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ait konsolide finansal tablolarımıza göre 13.370.947- TL tutarında "Net Dönem Kârı" (Konsolide net dönem kârı), Vergi Mevzuatı kapsamında ve T.C. Maliye Bakanlığı tarafından yayınlanan Tek Düzen Hesap Planı'na göre tutulan 01.01.2024 - 31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolara göre ise 24.573.338 Türk Lirası tutarında "Net Dönem Kârı" elde edilmiş olup, Türk Ticaret Kanunu hükümleri çerçevesinde hesaplanan 1.228.667 TL tutarında genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrıldıktan sonra, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu düzenlemelerine göre hesaplanan 2024 yılına ait 12.142.280 TL net dağıtılabilir kârın olağanüstü yedek akçe olarak ayrılması hususunda hissedarlara bilgi verilmiştir.
