Additional Explanations

Yönetim Kurulunun kar dağıtım önerisi kabul edilerek;

01.01.2024 - 31.12.2024 döneminde oluşan ana ortak payına düşen konsolide 34.622.995 TL net dönem kârından Türk Ticaret Kanunu'nun 519. Maddesi uyarında ayrılması gereken %5 oranındaki genel kanuni yedek akçenin, 31.12.2024 itibariyle VUK kayıtlarında mevcut genel kanuni yedek akçe tutarı sermayenin %20'lik sınırına ulaştığı için, 2024 yılı için ayrılmamasına, yasal kayıtlardan karşılanabilen 5.680.000 TL nakit kar payı dağıtımından sonra hesaplanan 497.000 TL tutarındaki ikinci kanuni yedek akçe ayrıldıktan sonra kalan 28.445.995 TL net dönem karının geçmiş yıl karlarına aktarılmasına, nakit kâr payının 1 Temmuz 2025 tarihinden itibaren yapılmasına, Genel Kurul'a katılanların oy birliğiyle karar verildi.
