Yönetim Kurulumuzun 06.05.2025 tarihli toplantısında; Şirketimizin Sermaye piyasası mevzuatı uyarınca Türkiye Muhasebe/Finansal Raporlama Standartlarına uygun olarak hazırlanan 2024 mali yılı finansal tablolarına göre 706.281.083 TL net dönem karı ve 1.915.833.721 TL geçmiş yıl zararı; VUK kayıtlarına göre ise 38.867.044 TL cari yıl zararı ve 2.051.971.764 TL geçmiş yıl zararı bulunduğu görülmüştür.

Türk Ticaret Kanunu, Sermaye Piyasası mevzuatı ve Şirketimiz Esas Sözleşmesi hükümleri ile Kar Dağıtım Politikasına uygun olarak, yasal yükümlülükler düşüldükten sonra ulaşılan 1.209.552.638 TL net dönem zararı (yasal kayıtlara göre 2.055.858.511 TL) dolayısıyla dağıtılacak kar bulunmaması nedeniyle pay sahiplerine kâr payı ödenmemesi ve ekli Kar Dağıtım Tablosunun onaylanması hususlarına Genel Kurul tarafından onay verilmiştir.

Tasarruf sahiplerinin ve kamuoyunun bilgisine saygı ile duyurulur.
