Additional Explanations

At our Company's Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held today (02.06.2025) for the year 2024;

According to the Financial Reporting Standards (TMS/TFRS) published by the Public Oversight, Accounting, and Auditing Standards Authority (KGK) in accordance with the Capital Markets Board's "Principles Regarding Financial Reporting in the Capital Markets (II-14.1)," the financial statements prepared there is a net loss of 67.600.338 TRY.

According to our legal records prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Tax Procedure Law ("V.U.K."), there is a net period loss of 61.592.973 TRY.

In accordance with the relevant legislation, our Articles of Association, and our profit distribution policy, it was resolved that no profit distribution shall be made.

On the other hand, the Board of Directors' proposal to offset prior years' losses arising from the initial inflation adjustment applied to both the statutory financial statements and the TMS/TFRS compliant financial statements using sources permitted under the applicable legislation was submitted to a vote and approved.

The Dividend Distribution Table of İhlas Haber Ajansı A.Ş. for the year 2024 approved by the General Assembly, is attached.
