11.03.2025 tarihli KAP açıklamamıza istinaden, Şirketimizin borçlanma aracı ihracına ilişkin olarak Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 30.05.2025 tarihli ve 2025/32 sayılı bülteninde onayı duyurulan ve tarafımıza bugün tebliğ edilen ihraç belgesi ve imzalı başvuru formu ekte kamuoyunun bilgisine sunulmaktadır.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

Pursuant to our material event disclosure dated 11.03.2025, the Capital Markets Board's ("CMB") approval for the planned debt issue was announced in the CMB's bulletin dated 30.05.2025 and numbered 2025/32 and notified to the Company on 02.06.2025. The approved issue document is presented in the attachment.
