In the Board of Directors Meeting of Katılım Varlık Kiralama A.Ş., in which Karsan Otomotiv Sanayii ve Ticaret A.Ş. is a user, it was unanimously decided that the Lease Certificates Communiqué (III-61.1) ("Communiqué") published in the Official Gazette dated 07.06.2013 and numbered 28670 by the Capital Markets Board ("CMB") shall be reproduced domestically in order to be sold in series, with a limited issue ceiling of 1,000,000,000.-TL (One Billion Turkish Lira) without being offered to the public and/or without being distributed or by using the combined usage method, and that the necessary permissions shall be obtained by applying to the CMB and other relevant authorities in this regard.
