Şirketimizin 5.000.000.000 TL olarak belirlenen kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde, 586.099.283 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin, tamamı nakden karşılanmak suretiyle, %300 oranında 1.758.297.849 TL nakit (bedelli) artırılarak, 2.344.397.132 TL 'na çıkarılmasına karar verilmişti. 14.05.2025 tarihinde başlayan 15 günlük yeni pay alma haklarının kullandırılması süreci 28.05.2025 tarihinde tamamlanmış olup kalan paylar 30.05.2025 – 02.06.2025 tarihlerinde 2 işgünü süre ile Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. Birincil Piyasada satılmıştır. Sermaye artırım sürecinde 1.754.091.826,33 TL yeni pay alma hakkını kullanan mevcut ortaklarımızdan, 7.183.090,41 TL Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. Birincil Piyasada yapılan satışlardan olmak üzere Şirketimize toplam 1.761.274.916,74 TL nakit girişi sağlanmıştır.
