Additional Explanations

The capital increase of our Company, which involves a 500% increase amounting to TL 500,000,000 to reach TL 600,000,000, entirely from internal resources, and the amendment of Article 6 titled "Capital" of the Articles of Association have been approved by the Capital Markets Board (CMB). The announcement regarding the CMB's approval of the share issuance has been published in the CMB bulletin dated May 30, 2025, numbered 2025/32. The approved Issuance Certificate and the Amendment Text of the Articles of Association are attached.

The starting date for the exercise of bonus share rights is June 4, 2025.
