Yönetim Kurulu'nun 04.06.2025 tarih ve 15 nolu toplantısında,  Şirketimizin Denetimden Sorumlu Komitesinin önerisiyle;

01.01.2025-31.12.2025 hesap dönemine ilişkin finansal raporların Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu ve Türk Ticaret Kanunu'na uygun olarak bağımsız denetimlerinin yapılması konusunda "KPMG Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş."nin seçilmesine,

Kamu Gözetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu ("KGK") tarafından belirlenmiş Türkiye Sürdürülebilirlik Raporlama Standartları ("TSRS")'na uygun olarak hazırlanacak 01.01.2024-31.12.2024 ve 01.01.2025-31.12.2025 hesap dönemine ilişkin Sürdürülebilirlik Raporunun zorunlu sürdürülebilirlik güvence denetiminin yapılması konusunda "Görüş Bağımsız Denetim ve Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş."nin seçilmesine,

Söz konusu seçimi yapılacak bağımsız denetim şirketlerinin Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çeviri metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

At the meeting of the Board of Directors dated 04.06.2025 and numbered 15, upon the recommendation of our Company's Audit Committee;

"KPMG Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş." was elected to conduct independent audits of the financial reports for the accounting period of 01.01.2025-31.12.2025 in accordance with the Capital Markets Law and the Turkish Commercial Code.

"Görüş Bağımsız Denetim ve Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş." has been selected to conduct the mandatory sustainability assurance audit of the Sustainability Report for the accounting periods of 01.01.2024-31.12.2024 and 01.01.2025-31.12.2025, which will be prepared in accordance with the Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards ("TSRS") determined by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority ("KGK").

It was decided that the independent audit companies to be selected would be submitted to the General Assembly for approval.

This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
