Şirketimizin 04.06.2025 tarihinde Çarşamba günü saat 10:00'da Cumhuriyet Mah. Hacı Osman Bayırı Cad. No:25 Sarıyer/İstanbul adresinde bulunan Şirket merkezinde yapılan 2024 yılına ait Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı sonucunda, Şirketimizin Sermaye Piyasası düzenlemeleri çerçevesinde hazırlanan 01.01.2024-31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarımıza göre 2024 yılında net dönem kârının 440.780.080 TL olduğu, Vergi Usul Kanununa göre hazırlanan mali tablolarda ise 238.464.047 -TL olduğu dikkate alınarak, Şirketimizin esas sözleşmesi ve kâr dağıtım politikası kapsamında; brüt 51.770.378 TL (ellibirmilyonyediyüzyetmişbinüçyüzyetmişsekiz TL) tutarındaki kârın ortaklarımıza dağıtılmasının, yasal kayıtlarımıza göre oluşan kârdan nakden dağıtılması öngörülen kar payı ile Türk Ticaret Kanununa göre ayrılması zorunlu genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrıldıktan sonra kalan tutarın olağanüstü yedeklere aktarılmasının ​ ve kâr dağıtım tarihinin belirlenmesine ilişkin yönetim kuruluna yetki verilmesi hususu Genel Kurulun onayına sunulmuş olup , Yönetim Kurulu'nun teklifi oy birliği ile kabul edilmiştir.
