İlgi: 21.11.2024 tarihli özel durum açıklamamız.

İlgide kayıtlı açıklamamız ile Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. tarafından yurt dışında İpotek Teminatlı Menkul Kıymet ihracı gerçekleştirilebilmesine ilişkin olarak Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na başvuruda bulunulacağı duyurulmuştu. Söz konusu başvuru 2025/32 sayılı SPK Bülteni'nde onaylanmıştır.

Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından onaylanan İpotek Teminatlı Menkul Kıymet ihraç belgesine ekte yer verilmiştir.

With the related public disclosure, it was announced that the necessary application will be made to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for the issuance of covered bonds outside Türkiye. In this respect, the related application was approved in the CMB Bulletin numbered 2025/32.

CMB approved issuance certificate for the issuance limit of covered bonds is herewith attached.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
