Reference: Public disclosure of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. (İşbank) on 21.11.2024. With the related public disclosure, it was announced that the necessary application will be made to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for the issuance of covered bonds outside Türkiye. In this respect, the related application was approved in the CMB Bulletin numbered 2025/32. CMB approved issuance certificate for the issuance limit of covered bonds is herewith attached. This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
