Additional Explanations

Within the scope of the Share Buyback Program approved at the General Assembly meeting of our Company dated June 14, 2024, Board of Directors decided to initiate second share buyback period as of April 10, 2025. Accordingly;

On June 13, 2025, ATAKP shares of ₺ 40,000 nominal value were repurchased within a price range of ₺37.50 – ₺37.92 (weighted average of ₺37.76) per share on Istanbul Stock Exchange by our Company.

Total repurchased shares reach 0.23% of the capital.
