Additional Explanations

Within the scope of the Share Buyback Program approved at the General Assembly meeting of our Company dated 14.06.2024; our Board of Directors had decided to start the second share buyback period on 10.04.2025. Accordingly;

On 13.06.2025, TABGD shares with a total nominal value of TL 33,155 were bought back by our Company at Borsa Istanbul at a price range of TL 163.70 - 164.40 per share (at a weighted average of TL 164.09).

The ratio of the shares that are bought back by our company to the capital reached 0.0865%.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
