Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 14.07.2025 tarihli Yönetim Kurulu toplantısında;

Şirketimiz tarafından Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" (II-14.1) uyarınca hazırlanan ve Eren Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. tarafından bağımsız denetimden geçmiş 01.01.2024-31.12.2024 faaliyet yılına ait finansal tablolarımıza göre 24.508.058,00-TL net dönem karı, aynı döneme ilişkin Vergi Usul Kanunu'na göre düzenlenmiş finansal tablolarımızda ise ödenecek vergiler sonrası (14.021.888,37) TL net dönem zararı olması sebebiyle ilgili Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu mevzuatına dayalı olarak kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına ve bu hususun 14.07.2025 tarihinde yapılacak olan Olağan Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına,

katılanların oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir.
