Şirketimiz tarafından Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu hükümleri çerçevesinde Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları'na uyumlu olarak hazırlanan ve RSM Turkey Uluslararası Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. tarafından denetlenen 01.01.2024- 31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ait SPK Mevzuatına uygun olarak hazırlanmış finansal tablolarımıza göre 1.573.940.014 TL net dönem zararı ve Vergi Usul Kanunu esaslarına göre düzenlenmiş finansal tablolarımıza göre 89.867.156,44 TL net dönem karı elde edilmiştir.

2024 faaliyet yılı için Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları'na göre dağıtılabilir kâr bulunmadığından, kâr dağıtımı yapılmamasına ve bu önerinin Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına
