Şirketimizin 2 Nisan 2025, 3 Nisan 2025 ve 16 Haziran 2025 tarihli açıklamasına istinaden, borçlanma aracı ihraç edilmesine dair başvurumuz Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 13 Haziran 2025 tarih ve 34/1048 kararı ile onaylanmıştır. Söz konusu ihraca ilişkin Başvuru Formu ve Onaylı İhraç Belgesi ekte yer almaktadır.

Pursuant to our Company's announcement dated April 2, 2025, April 3, 2025 and June 16, 2025, our application for the issuance of debt instruments was approved by the Capital Markets Board's decision 34/1048 dated June 13, 2025. The Application Form and the Approved Issuance Document for the said issuance are attached.
