Şirketimiz Koleksiyon Mobilya Sanayi A.Ş.'nin 04.06.2025 tarihinde gerçekleştirilen 2024 yılına ait Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu düzenlemeleri ve Şirketimizin kâr dağıtım politikası çerçevesinde, kâr dağıtımı hususunda Yönetim Kurulu'na yetki verilmiştir.

Bu yetkiye istinaden:

1. Şirketimizin 2024 yılı faaliyetlerinden elde edilen dağıtılabilir net dönem kârından, brüt 51.770.378 TL tutarında kâr payının ortaklara nakden dağıtılmasına,

2. Kâr payı ödemesinin, 14 Temmuz 2025 tarihinde başlamak üzere gerçekleştirilmesine,

3. Kâr dağıtım tablosunun ve sürecin ilgili mevzuata uygun olarak KAP'ta duyurulmasına,

4. Kâr dağıtım işlemleri için gerekli başvuru, bildirim ve işlemlerin gerçekleştirilmesi hususunda Şirket Yönetimi'nin yetkilendirilmesine,
