Pursuant to our disclosure dated 27.02.2025, an application was submitted to the Capital Markets Board on 13.03.2025 regarding the planned issuance of a debt instrument (Green Bond). The approval of this application was announced in the Capital Markets Board Bulletin dated 30.04.2025 and numbered 2025/28. In line with this process, we hereby present the following documents related to the planned Green Bond issuance: Green Financing Framework and the Second Party Opinion (SPO) confirming the Framework's alignment with internationally recognized green financing standards.
