2025 yılı faaliyet dönemi hesapları denetimi için bağımsız denetim kuruluşu olarak BDO Denet Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.'nin seçilmesine ilişkin 27 Mayıs 2025 tarihli Genel Kurul kararı, 24 Haziran 2025 tarihinde İstanbul Ticaret Sicili Müdürlüğü tarafından tescil edilmiştir ve 24 Haziran 2025 tarihli Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesi'nde yayımlanmıştır.

İşbu açıklamamız ile açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

The General Assembly resolution dated May 27, 2025 on the selection of BDO Denet Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. for the auditing of the accounts of our Company for the accounting period of 2025 has been registered by İstanbul Trade Registry Office on June 24, 2025 and published on the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette on June 24, 2025.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
