Şirketimiz, kurumsal yönetim derecelendirme notunu yenilemek amacıyla, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu Kurumsal Yönetim İlkeleri uyarınca Türkiye'de derecelendirme yapmak üzere faaliyet iznine sahip olan "DRC DERECELENDİRME HİZMETLERİ AŞ" ile 24 Haziran 2025 tarihinde bir yıl süre ile sözleşme imzalamıştır.

Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

In order to renew its corporate governance rating, our company signed a one-year contract on June 24, 2025 with "DRC DERECELENDİRME HİZMETLERİ AŞ", which has an operating license to provide ratings in Türkiye in accordance with the Capital Markets Board Corporate Governance Principles.

Respectfully announced to the public.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English   versions of  disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public  Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall   prevail.
