Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulunun 25 Haziran 2025 tarihli toplantısında; Şirketimizin Esas Sözleşmesinin "Şirketin İşletme Konusu" ile ilgili 3.maddesinin ekli tadil metnine göre tadili konusunda Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu onayını takiben T.C. Ticaret Bakanlığı'na başvurulmasına ve izin alındıktan sonra, onaylı Esas Sözleşme Tadil Metninin ayrı bir yönetim kurulu kararı ile toplantıya çağırılacak Şirketimiz Genel Kurulunun onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir. İşbu karar kapsamında Şirketimiz tarafından 25.06.2025 (Bugün) tarihinde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na başvuruda bulunulmuştur.

  

Bu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

  

At the meeting of our Company's Board of Directors held on June 25, 2025, it was resolved to apply to the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye, following the approval of the Capital Markets Board, for the amendment of Article 3 of the Company's Articles of Association titled 'Field of Activity' in accordance with the attached draft amendment text. It was also resolved to submit the approved amendment text for the approval of the Company's General Assembly, to be convened by a separate Board of Directors resolution, after obtaining the necessary approvals. Within the scope of this resolution, our Company submitted an application to the Capital Markets Board today (June 25, 2025).

  

The English translation of this disclosure is attached. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Turkish texts, the Turkish version shall prevail.
