1- Şirketimizin, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu' nun Seri:XI No:29 sayılı Tebliğ hükümleri çerçevesinde düzenlenen konsolide finansal tablolarımızda yer alan net dönem kârı 301.303.205.-TL; Vergi Usul Kanunu hükümleri çerçevesinde düzenlenen 2024 mali tablolarımızda yer alan net dönem kârı ise 52.949.542.-TL' dır.

2- Türk Ticaret Kanunu uyarınca ayrılmış olan Birinci tertip yedek akçe toplamı 29.659.757.-TL olup, söz konusu tutar çıkarılmış sermayenin % 20' sine ulaşmadığından Vergi Usul Kanunu hükümleri çerçevesinde düzenlenen mali tablolarımızda yer alan 52.949.542.-TL net dönem kârından % 5 oranında (2.647.477.-TL) Birinci Tertip Kanuni Yedek Akçe ayrılmasına,

3-Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu' nun Seri: XI No:29 sayılı tebliğ hükümleri çerçevesinde düzenlenen finansal durum tablolarımızda yer alan 52.949.542.-TL tutarındaki net dönem kârından, Türk Ticaret Kanunu uyarınca ayrılacak 2.647.477.-TL Birinci Tertip Yedek Akçe ayrıldıktan sonra kalan 50.302.065.-TL net dönem karının % 5' i olan 2.515.121.-TL' nin Birinci Temettü olarak dağıtılmasına,

4- İkinci tertip Yedek Akçe Dağıtılmamasına

5-Yasal kayıtlarımıza göre kalan 47.786.944.-TL kârın Olağanüstü Yedek olarak ayrılmasına,

6-Birinci temettü tutarının 30.06.2025 tarihine kadar ödenmesine
