Bankamız Yönetim Kurulunca, Teftiş Kurulu Başkanı Sayın Gürler Özkök'ün, Bankacılık Düzenleme ve Denetleme Kurumu'na gerekli bildirimlerin yapılması ve izinlerin alınmasını takiben, İç Sistemlerden sorumlu Genel Müdür Yardımcılığı görevine atanmasına karar verilmiştir.

Within the framework of the resolution made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. Board of Directors, Mr. Gürler Özkök, Head of the Board of Inspectors has been assigned as Deputy Chief Executive in charge of Internal Systems. The assignment of Mr. Özkök will be effective pursuant to the necessary notifications to be made to and the permissions to be obtained from the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1.
